Let your holiday start early. We can drop you off right outside departures and pick you up outside arrivals. No car parking fees, no queuing for buses. We will take your flight number for return flights and get there when your flight has landed.

At Ivy Cabs of Ivybridge near Plymouth we provide a stylish and luxurious Silver Jaguar for your wedding day journey. We operate in the South West from our base near Plymouth Devon and throughout South Hams.

Our pristine classic-car styled X-type Jaguar is decorous and adorned with ribbons and flowers included for your wedding transport.

Our wedding car has a sumptuous black leather interior and you will receive that special attention and personal touch that comes with a family run wedding car hire

Above all you will have affordable wedding car hire yet with the traditional Jaguar virtues with decorum of: Grace, Space and Pace.

We will transport you in style on your wedding day, to your wedding venue and then onwards to your wedding reception in our impeccably presented and ribboned wedding car.

After your reception, we can offer airport transfer and will collect you and take you on to your chosen hotel – or your choice of airport in time for flight connections.

For your guests we can also offer a range of multi-seater vehicles for wedding transport:

Fare Car is operated by Ivy Cabs by formal agreement with Devon County
Council. This is a public transport scheme financially supported by Devon
County Council, offering an innovative public transport to rural areas.

Where can I go and what will I pay?
Starting from any point in the rural area of Zone 1 (see timetable) to and from designated points in Modbury and Ivybridge (and Lee Mill Tesco)
Starting from any point in the rural area of Zone 2 (see map) to and from designated points in Ivybridge (and Lee Mill Tesco)
From the designated point in Modbury to/from the designated points in Ivybridge (and Lee Mill Tesco)

Fare Car will do its best to reach any address in the rural area but some points may not be accessible by the vehicle.

The cars are not obliged to leave the public highway.

2.00 or 2.50 per single journey. This is a subsidised fare.

There are no further reductions for pensioners including National Bus Pass holders,
children or other categories, except children under 5 who travel free.

We cover the following areas:

From Bigbury, Bigbury-on-Sea, Challaborough, Ermington, Kingston, Ludbrook, Modbury, Ringmore, St Anns Chapel and Ugborough.
Regular journey choices to Ivybridge and Modbury town centres,
Ivybridge Station and Lee Mill Tesco.

I would have no qualms or hesitation in recommending this company to anyone, I used IVYCABS recently for a ‘girls night out’ and I would wholeheartedly recommend them, especially for those ‘girls events’ as both drivers we had were polite and courteous, AND they were on time to pick us up so we weren’t hanging around waiting for them. In fact I have booked them AGAIN for the next shindig!!

From the very start, when I placed my call to the company, I was very pleased with the service that Ivy Cabs provided. I found them to be very Professional, helpful and on time! The controller I spoke to when making my initial booking, was really lovely; she took the time to advise me on a number of different bookings and fares that I was inquiring about. The driver, who arrived on time was very polite and friendly to talk with, and helped with my luggage, without me having to ask. (Unlike other taxi firms I have used) The car was very clean and fresh, it smelt like brand new. I will definitely be using them again, and will advise anyone I know to also use them for taxi services. I really can not praise them enough. Good Job Ivy Cabs, I wish all taxi firms were as good as you!

I recently used IVYCABS whilst on business in the south hams in Devon, and I cannot recommend them enough! They provided me with a car and driver for the day, starting from collection at the airport, and taking me to all my destination appointments which i had jam packed into the day (to all I arrived with time to spare!!) Considering this was the best service I have come across in all the years and counties I have travelled to in the past few years, Their fee’s were refreshingly reasonable (under what I expected to pay and have been charged from other taxi firms!!) The car was very clean and Matt the driver was friendly and well presented, to top that off he was also knowledgeable about the area using ’short cuts’ which took me around the traffic ensuring I got to my meetings on time. I will most definitely be booking them again if/when I have to go back down to Plymouth/South Hams, many other taxi companies around the country could learn a great deal from the high quality and professionalism this taxi firm is run on.
